​Insurance


​We encourage clients to take advantage of the outpatient mental health coverage most insurance plans include, and we accept payment from a majority of insurance providers in our area. We are preferred in-network providers for many companies including, First Choice, Premera, Regence, and Kaiser Permanente. We also can provide service as an out-of-network provider for an array of companies or accept private pay if you prefer to not use an insurance benefit.


Payment for services (deductible, co-pay, co-insurance or private pay) will be collected by cash, check, or credit card at time of appointment.

We offer supportive, compassionate counseling and an array of evidenced-based treatment approaches for children, teens, adults, and families including:
